Affiliate Agreement

BaseballGloveRestore.com reserves the right to make changes to the Affiliate Agreement at any time without notice, and the Affiliate agrees that any changes will immediately apply to the Affiliate.

As an Affiliate advertising, promoting and selling the Fix That Glove!!! eBook, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The Affiliate will never mislead customers to believe that the Fix That Glove!!! eBook is any other product.

• The Affiliate will never make any claims beyond what is stated at the official Fix That Glove!!! eBook website.

• The Affiliate will never engage in SPAM. SPAM includes emailing anyone who has not specifically requested information about the product from the Affiliate.

• The Affiliate will never use spyware or adware to advertise this product.

• The Affiliate assumes all responsibility for tax liabilities for any earnings, bonuses or payments made as a result of Affiliate sales through this Affiliate Program.

• Failure to comply to this agreement will result in termination of the Affiliate account and render the Affiliate subject to legal action.

• The Affiliate shall indemnify BaseballGloveRestore.com and all entities related to its operation, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees which result from the your misuse of this Site in any manner, or any violation of these Terms.

• Both BaseballGloveRestore.com and the Affiliate may terminate the Affiliate Agreement at any time.

BaseballGloveRestore.com has the exclusive right to adjust the price of the Fix That Glove!!! eBook at any time without notice.
